Deadline for all sponsorships and player registrations is June 10, 2024.

Individual $225 Foursome $900
Registration includes green and cart fees, range balls, box lunch, snacks and beverages, Happy Hour, Awards dinner, prizes, chance auction, and commemorative photo.

Photo / Video Release: By attending and/or participating in this tournament, you agree to grant the GW Hospital Women’s Board and its authorized representatives permission to capture photographs, audio recordings, and/or video recordings, including those related to your involvement in the event. You further agree that any and all of the photographs or recordings may be used, in any form, as part of any future publications, brochures, websites, or other printed or digital materials used to promote the Women’s Board, and further that such use shall be without payment of fees, royalties, special credit, or other compensation.
